How old??

Post by Tony22 »

I have two light sussex cockerals, (which were supposed to be hens).

Could anyone please tell me how old before the are fully grown, ie, full maturity, comb and wattles fully grown etc.

many thanks in advance

They are s.exually mature at around 5-6months old (ie that's when they are able to start mating but really they are fully mature when they are around a year.
They are called roosters until they are a year and after that cockerels.

Hop ehtat helps
