here is a few pics of the new girls

is there first day free roaming getting used to the place..

seem intent on mowing there grassed area more than the food..
grass wont last .. {cry}

wife named one jenny ..but she cant tell you wich it is ...lol..

luckily the dog is not that bad with them, was well interested yesterday when they were in the run but now they out i think the size of em has put him off a bit when one can up to the fence he ran off ...coward.... :-D

They are lovely and look like they have settled in already. Grass - what is that mine lasted all of a year - thankfully my electric flymow (cheapest one you can buy) blew up shortly after getting the girls and I never replaced it. I keep putting down grass seeds but the girls think ive put it down for them and it gets eaten. Glad the dog is OK with them its always a worry how existing pets will get on with newbies. Have you managed/allowed to eat one of their eggs yet?

had 2 egg layed yesterday, i ate em for my tea was yum...
was surprised to get any that fast we only had em an hour or so
when wife found first one.
