The last chicken themed gift arrived on the day after Boxing Day. Daughter's partner produced a beautiful tin chicken model. OH now thinks that we have enough hen stuff.
Bea; 19 hens (most of whom I intended to get); 6 bantams (which I never intended to have); old Benji dog and young Toby dog (who I definitely wanted). Three years into country living and loving it.

I got just one Chickeny item, and that was a handsome pinky coloured chicken. :-D
Mum to Sox and Boo,and hens, Bramble,
Belle,Bourbon,Holly,Ivy, May and June
RIP Daisy my cat,and Spice, Clara, Alice, Biscuit, Cookie Clarice and Henrietta. Over rainbow bridge, but never forgotten.

The egg cook book on the right was given to me by my daughter. )c+

I love this one given to me by another friend. A couple of years back she gave me a similar coaster saying 'God rest ye merry gentle hen' !
