Please help me to name my chicken! I am not very good at choosing names and I cannot keep referring to her as 'the brown one'.

So far the names I have had suggested are:
Browny (by my girlfriend - I think this name is silly),
Miranda (by my Mum),
Rusty,
Ginger
The problem is that I don't like any names - so I need yo guys to help me! I think it would be cool if you guys can reply with suggestions, then I will create a poll in the test forum where everyone can vote on the final name choice.

I was going to say Ginger Spice (as in the Spice girls.....)

If she is anything like my brown chook (see picture of Dolly, right) then I would call her the nutter!!

She's lovely! The first name that sprang to my mind was 'Charlie'.....

Heh heh - she is definitely the most stupid chicken I have met. She is mad and I often have to help her find her way back into the run at night.
Also I must admit that I really don't like the name ginger...

i'm watching this tread avidly!! we still havn't got names for our girls yet, so i might be using your suggestion as well, if thats ok
My daughter has 1 name 'train train' i think it comes from choo choo the noise a train makes and slightly similar to chicken noise!!
I have chickens Blaze, Star and Comet, who have met Sunny Clucker in Cheshire :-)I'm training to be a midwife!!!!!

I have four girls, named big linda, janine, they are the rangers, and we have also shirley and dawn the warrens, all named after work colleagues of mine for various reasons lol, your chuck comes across as an abigail.
