went for 8, came home with 12!!
went for 8, came home with 12!!Today finally arrived - the rescue date for our new chickens!
I have, as you know been very impatiently waiting for this day for the last couple of weeks . We got in the car and my OH said we had decided to have 8 and that was it, so when we got to the collection point and the lovely people there said they had a few extra, did we want some more?. So we did we put 10 in the cage and then decided we had room for 2 more ha ha . So we came home with 12 new girls who are happily settling into their new pen, they have been stretching in the mud and pecking at the grass - we are just waiting for it to get dark so we can put them to bed, they don't seem to have noticed the coop yet!! Will try and post pics soon Kirsty

I went not expecting to have any and bought home 3. I have to rush out tomorrow and get some mash. That is how unprepared I am. Wendy http://www.busheyk9.co.uk
If you can't be a good example........ you will just have to be a horrible warning
Re: went for 8, came home with 12!!Wendy, did you have to bring home three as there were more chooks than expected or did you have a no show?
I won't care about how my tattoos look when I'm old. As long as I can find my teeth I'll be happy!!!
