A good rumage through it gave me some inspiration of what to do with it. Lets face it its got to be pretty bad before it gets on my firewood pile. I choose these pieces for the first project.

It turns out after a bit of investigation these are the timbers and bellows from an old church organ. Here is a pic of a very similar bellows in situ.

So out came the tools and very soon things started to take shape.

It was going to be a bench for my shed but a couple of people have seen it and said I was mad to use it as a work bench.
