I'm , I thought you was having trouble removing your wine stoppers from your rocket fuel? No problem can withstand the power of continuous thought.
Re: Wine corksI am! But I was wondering where I would get enough empty grolsh bottles to bottle 5 gallons of wine at a time!
In the pub, they are returnable!! Helen xx

I often don't even bother to sterilize them. (the wine doesn't usually stay in them long though)
Marc Re: Wine corks
Step 1 ) Buy as many full ones as you need. Step 2) Send 1/2 to Steve the Gas, send the other 1/2 to me. With me so far Step 3) Let us both know what day the Xmas party starts. Step 4) If we manage to get as far as your house without getting waylaid. We will return the empty bottles to you. Sorted enit! Look at it another way Once you have them, you will never need any more. The investment opportunity of a lifetime No problem can withstand the power of continuous thought.

Re: Wine corksThese boys are being evil little so-and-so's of late, aren't they?
We've done a couple of 7 day kits recently, and they have been fine in the screw top bottles. The longest they have been in there though was about 3 weeks. Hic! Shlugh xx We now have a cream egg skelter, blessings on Pippi, Penny and Poppy who fill it for us.
Re: Wine corksYou could try much longer straws...................
And..........you can only drink all that wine if you can get the bottles open! Re: Wine corks
Ha ha ha - I did think that when I was hammering the corks in. However, as I really fancied a glass or two, it really wasn't funny when I could see it but not get to it....... When I finally opened it, I needed almost the whole bottle to soothe the trauma. Helen xx
