More broccoli anyone?More broccoli anyone?Seems broccoli is the new super food when it comes to slowing up the advance of arthritis. I am always slightly skeptical about these things but here is the link to the article on the BBC website.

Re: More broccoli anyone?I really don't care for broccoli. I am tempted to say I would rather get arthritis, but that would be belittling the suffering of all those who do have it. Does it have to be broccoli or will the other brassicas do?
