Re: My SAD Lamp is really workingCan you give us a smile then please
Seriously , is it any good ?
Re: My SAD Lamp is really workinghehe. Don't know yet, only received it this morning.
My daily routine is usually getting up and spending the first half hour sipping coffee and catching up on my Laptop. I then venture out to the garden for odd jobs then into the Shed (Office). So my Laptop half hour will be when I use it. Some say they're great, others aren't convinced. This one is £39.99 from Amazon, the cheapest. Couldn't afford the posh one's over £100 and this is good for smaller places and easy to move around. Thought I'd give it a go as I can't stand January, February and early March !! Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk. That will teach you to keep your mouth shut - Ernest Hemingway Re: My SAD Lamp is really workingAnything is worth trying, within reason imho if theres a chance you will benefit. I am a great believer in EFT which is tapping on the acupuncture points and also the Bioflow wrist band which I have worn for years now with good results.
Does it work off the electricity or batteries, Richard?

Re: My SAD Lamp is really workingIs it working, Richard?
Re: My SAD Lamp is really workingLive a simple life and be happy , Rich.
Re: My SAD Lamp is really workingSo what is the end of this story? Some people find them very beneficial - though I would think that if you get out into the fresh air and sunlight as often as you do, Richard, you might not need the additional nature-identical light.
I was thinking they might benefit some of my patients who for one reason or another don't get as much daylight as they should. Got to be better than tablets. Life's too short to quarrel
