So after 2 courses of flub my chook is still gaping. I can't see anything down her throat but she's not keen on me looking and otherwise she is fine.

Is there anything else I can do? Or anything else it could be??

You need to do a thorough clean every few days for a while so that you get all the critters in the different stages of their lifecycle.
