I donated blood for the first time last year. It was something I had been threatening to do for ages, I finally ran out of excuses and took the plunge. There's nothing to it and I kick myself for not doing it years ago. I've been three times now and I am due to go again in February.

I have just had a quick google to find out the reason why, if you do decide to wash really dirty eggs, they should be done in warm water.
