I've heard quite a few people with plastic coops saying they have red mite this year so no guarantees. They will thrive in moist conditions no matter what coop you choose. I have been keeping chickens for well over 40 yrs and I've never had red mite. My secret is quite simply to keep the coop dry in...

Thanks Julie )t' I missed it, but as the Hedgehog Street Garden won a gold medal )c( I'm sure we'll get to see it again.

There is a photo of Monty Don being filmed holding a hedgehog on the People's Trust for Endangered Species facebook page Here ..so I expect it will be on TV again. :-D {hog}
