lol yes thats the plan
we have 5 fruit trees in the garden, very old and neglected, i pruned them very hard and not sure if they will survive.
hopefully in a couple of years we will be picking some fruit.

an update unfortunately we had to have megan pts as she had not improved, she could not get her balance and could not move to go to the toilet, she was eating a little and drinking although she has been living in the dining room for weeks in the warm. the vet said probably mareks, so its a waiting g...

megan is still quiet, she is still on the antibiotics, i have spoken to another vet, he said if i lose another he will do the PM, he is more experienced with chooks, hope it does not come to that.

its just heartbreaking, i have read many posts on different sites and lots of folks seem to loose the odd one with no obvious cause but to loose four close together is horrible,

losing my girls :-(

i have lost four girls in the last 9 weeks :-( one of the girls was limping and a bit quiet, although eating and drinking, was like this for two days, then died over night, another girl two weeks later also went quiet again was eating and drinking but also died, neither was unwell just quiet, normal...

mealworm tubs in home bargains are £1.99 a bargain,
i shake the tubs much to my hubbys horror and the ones that dont rattle are over filled so you get loads, the girl love them, if they see me with the tub they jump on me to get them lol
