Loving having Monty back.. His garden was used a few years back, just before his first stint on GW.. He presented it with his wife Sarah, it was called *Fork to Fork* and was mostly about growing food ie fork to fork, loved it, so was very happy to hear GW was going to be based there.. I understand it's because the eggs are too *fresh*.. I had the same problem until I read it's about the freshness... hard boiled eggs are best when a fewer days older...

If you follow recipes and instructions, the reasons cakes etc dont turn out as you hope is prob due to oven temperature?... or opening and closing of oven door too often, over-cooking/undercooking? .... takes lots of practice to get things perfect, or as perfect as can be I found.... *Good Luck*... ...
