Only one egg again today (58g) and I don't know who's laying them. Does the food dye trick work? I might have to have a go at it to find out who's laying.

I adore my girls. The first ones I had I ruined the fun by constantly worrying about them. I kept checking them (I practically lived in the coop), checking for foxes (he got them in the end ), fretting all the time. This time it's different though. I love them to bits but I'm calmer this time round ...

Just one egg again today but it was 49g so they're getting bigger. Might be more later on but it's dark by the time I get home from work so I won't know until tomorrow. Roll on the clocks changing, it will be lighter then.
