After an extremely stressful 12 hours (15 on a scale of 1 to 10) I went down the garden and sat and watched the girls whilst sipping a glass of 51, 5 minutes later I'm thinking life isn't that bad, why worry... I feel a lot happier now, so I'll wander down and give the girls some now. I'm on holiday this week and it's great to spend a bit of time with them, especially first thing when I let them out.

This is probably a silly question, but how big are the particles in poultry grit? I've just bought a bag and some of the bits in there look too big for the girls to manage
