Hi,
When I had bullying with my ex battery girls. I seperated her in the day, but in the run. So they could all see each other. I put them in to sleep together though. Took a couple of weeks, and peace came back.

I think so. I spent ages picking out the onions and mushrooms. I am not certain that mushrooms are poisonous for chickens, as they are for parrots. So didn't risk it.

Your daughter is right, not rewarding behaviour you don't want.
Maybe lots of going out without any corn. Or at least have it hidden in your pocket. On the occasion that she is quiet, then give it.
Other than that not into chicken behaviour. But the priciple works on all living beings.

How lovely is that.
I have blue tits nesting in a box on the house, and also another nest at the end of the garden in a box on a conifer. It is nice to see what is going on inside. I will watch further
Thanks for that Anna

Oh Richard
these chickens belong to my friends Maureen and Ron. They got them from Diana about December.
These little hens have got a wonderful home with these two lovely people.
They really are comiing on. Hilda is still fairly moth eaten, but so much better

Wow how interesting is that. I am back in the middle of another battle with the local rats. I win some battles but never the war. I like the idea I won't have to kill them to get rid of them, but I am afraid that is the way we are going at present. I have a friend who has 4 ferrets. I will be raidin...

I think you are right and the vet is the way to go now.
Hopefully he will need some anti biotics and that will have him up to his antics again.

Don't know much about guinea pigs. But if their hearing is acute also. Then it would affect them as well.

Hi
I think they work.
But they would work on your own dog or cat if you have one. I had thought of it. But didn't want my dogs, afraid to go in their own garden

Hi.
With parrots you cannot burn oils in the house. Or use scented candles, birds have died in a very short time when they are used. I also do not use any aerosols only spray polish etc.
I wouldn't risk it myself. They have a very delicate respiratory system.

Hi,
You can train a chicken with a clicker. But I think it will take some time and who wants to sit inside [or out] the hen house while you are training it.
Will they use it without training?, I doubt it. But you never know.
