I try to only buy fair trade coffee, tea and hot chocolate, which are obviously more expensive, but are on offer reasonably often, so I stock up. I go without tea or hot chocolate if we run out...

One year I had them growing in a flower border just by my front door, I went out to do my weekly shop and on returning about 2 hours later the plants (or what was left of them) were covered in cabbage white caterpillar, that had gorged so much...
