I would say the natural lifespan of a hen is 10 to 15 years.. but it really depends on the breed. Most ex bats don't live anyway near that long as the hard life in their early days does take a toll on them :( but hybrids don't tend to last as long as most pure breeds due to the makeup i.e being desi...

Hi,

Mash is a type of poultry feed, it is what most battery hens are fed on and is a bit like bran.. Water is added to it to before feeding.
