They will soon get used to the crumb/pellets. If you are trying to not buy the mash then carry on as you are. If they are hungry, trust me they will eat it! I'm sure the eggs will come back. Chickens do go off lay at certain times, if they are all eating/drinking ok then just let them get on with it. After keeping hens for over 6 years, eggs will go up and down, but your's look very healthy girls.
