Hard boiled better if egg is old, say 2 weeks.
Try plunging into freezing water after cooking and/or wrap in Tea Towel and 'roll' it, to break the shell up.

they are probably to fresh, let them cool completely before peeling and wrap in kithcen towel and roll it along the work top, as if you were making a plasticine sausage, the shell should then peel a whole lot easier x

We have a box for eggs to boil, they never peel well if they're less than 2 weeks old. As soon as they're done boiling I put the pan under a cold tap and leave it run for 5 minutes, then leave the eggs in the water for at least half an hour, they tend to peel way easier then =)

I always add a bit of salt to the water, this apparently makes them easier to peel.

Bring the pan to the boil, drop the eggs in from about three inch above the water, they hit the bottom and crack slightly, when boiled the shell just falls off.

Don't drop them from too high though!

Try it, it really works!
