Guiness is by far the best ale (stout to be correct) to use I had this at my future mum in laws house and it was really delicious she can cook a mean pie almost out of anything everything from apricot and rhubarb, steak and ale, and all sorts of weird and wonderful ideas will pick her brain next weekend when I go over and share some of her ideas with you all!
