Poorly Morph!!Poorly Morph!!My boy Morph is in the vets today for some x-rays and tests on his bladder. Has recurring cystitis, so they want to check for stones/crystals.
I dropped him off before work this morning and he hissed at the vet (he's never done that before!!!) Bet he knows what's coming. Last time he went in for a day visit, his balls disappeared, so I bet he's wondering what'll be gone this time!!! I hope he's ok and I'm looking forward to picking him up and pampering him tonight - roll on 4.30pm!! Here's a piccy of my man

Small steps lead to big changes
Good luck with your boy.
I am off to the vets in a minute to get my Colin castrated. We have found he has testicular cancer.....a good reason to get them done while youngsters. But I used to show him and they have to have two. A bit worried as he is 12 and a half, a little old to be having 'procedures. Wendy http://www.busheyk9.co.uk
If you can't be a good example........ you will just have to be a horrible warning Good luck to Colin and Morph.
My Marble had a problem with stones/crystals a year ago - brought on the vet thought by a change from wet to dried food, though I made the change gradually he just can't tolerate the dried. He was on special diet food for a couple of months which got rid of the crystals, but is now back on normal wet food with no problems (keeping my fingers crossed). See my chickens HERE!!
New pictures, ex-batts added 4/11/07 Poor Puss. My Mac had to have surgery to remove bladder crystals years ago, they were barbed so couldn't risk them getting caught on their way out. He's been on a special diet for years to keep the PH in his urine neutral. They said he'd be lucky to live to 8, but he's now 14 (off to the vet today - I think he has a dental abcess)
Hope your boy is OK cheers Jodi Colin came home about 3.30 today weighing a little less. Bless him.
He has to go again on Thursday, but it seems it hadn't spread any further than his sphericals. So fingers crossed. It has been a worry as I do seem to have problems with my animals. I have lost two under aneasthetic and Josie had internal bleeding and was only given a 25% chance of recovery. So today was a little fraught to say the least. Wendy http://www.busheyk9.co.uk
