Thanks, Mo. Angel is improving, albeit it slowly. I contacted the emergency vet on Saturday, who advised a level desertspoonful of boiled rice four times a day instead of the Purina from the vet nurse on Friday. This has settled Angel`s tummy.

This morning I again phoned the emergency vet to ask how long this should continue, and was advised to give more rice and a small amount of chicken. She gobbled this up, at dinnertime, and appears to be eagerly awaiting her tea!

Heartbreakingly this morning I took Angel on her final journey. Yesterday I had to take her to the emergency vet, who looked very grave. She has been wonderful company since I lost Ted four years since, the house is so quiet, too quiet.

{hug} {hug} {hug} aw, so sad. Sorry to learn about Angel. She was very good company for you when you needed it and will be missed.
