Ray Mears

Post by saint-spoon »

I do like pretty much everything Ray does; he is so knowledgeable about all stuff wild and such a champion of conservation. I think that his recent series on the British Isles has been fab. Anyone else watching it? I have just caught up on the one about chalk downlands, top quality telly.

It will be alright in the end , if its not alright, it isn't the end .

he did a series a while back in the Amazon and he actually showed some natives how to do the fire thing with sticks, they had lost the skill because matches and lighters were so readily available.
I agree Pyro to the core that man.
