How to look good naked

Does anyone else watch this? I do believe that Gok Wan is genuine and cares about the people he is trying to help.

I,d love to do a tasteful naked photo but would never have the courage!!

Yes I think it is great and you can pick up some really helpful tips about clothes, for your body type, or make up.
Done the naked photo bit and I am now so glad. I was in my early 40's, I think the best age for a woman to look her best. Now I am knocking on a bit I can look at it and think...well I wasn't too bad.
Spencer had a really good camera for those days and a photographer friend lent us the light equipment and he took them.
I would say go for it l.

Really Wendy? Thats funny, I,m 41 in a couple of weeks and I think I look ok, better than in my 20s. I feel more comfortable and happy with my body, had eating issues when younger...ate FAR too much!! I don,t have a printer, how did you get yours developed? Wouldn,t fancy taking it to camera shop!

I,d like one about A4 size that I can, like you, look back on and think, yeah I didn,t look so bad

Well I said I had a photographer friend. So he did them, as this was about 26 years ago.
But I never had them done as large as that. Just the normal photograph size.
I did have some done at the same time, sort of glamour girl type with underwear on. I have one of those in a frame, but not a nudie one.
Do it, go for it, time goes so quickly and we never sit in an armchair at 80 and regret what we did, only what we didn't do !!!.

I would volunteer my services but I would be difficult as Ali would break my fingers if I tried but in some photo shops they have a machine where you plug in your memory card and select the photos you want to print and what size and it does them there and then. Do it Yourself jobbie so no one but you handles the card or the photos. I'm sure somewhere local to you will have this service

I think Gok Wan is brilliant at it , he is genuinly caring.............The french channels have picked up on it and as usual they have tried to imitate it but badly .... the french gok wanis awfull. Truley awful..... much prefer gok.

Seriously, I do enjoy this programme, I agree, he is a caring person and let's be honest ladies which bloke (apart from your partners) would you not mind seeing you in your granny pants and bra and then help pose you naked.

He is also partial to prodding your puppies as well

Amazing how you can see the personality and confidence of that lady coming out throughout the programme.

Slightly another interestingt programme is one that makes you look a decade younger hosted by Myleene Klass.

Its strange I was more embarrassed about my body thirty years ago when I was in early twenties than I am now. I think you are what you are - be proud of yourself.

I do like the program with Mylene Klass. But do not liike the idea of going under the knife, as you say you are what you are, be proud.
I feel confident enough to have the same photo's taken. But I may frighten the natives now

I find "10 years younger" a bit fake. The one running at the moment is knife v non-knife treatments. Let's face it when they first take the 2 women out to the public they are as drab as they could get them. The next time they are made up to the nines, in fasionable clothes etc. etc. Now I am sure someone could take me dressed as I am now, no makeup (not that I use alot anyway), still in my working clothes, ie grotty black trousers and an old "T" shirt and hair tied back; scrub me, do my hair, professional make up, some smart clothes and knock a few years off.
I love Gok though....he can poke my puppies any day.!!!

I have said to Spencer they are always miserable looking. Whereas a smile always makes you look younger.

Shame he bats for theother side, did you know he used to weigh 18 stones, he can genuinely understand if people are heavier and dress them to the best they can look. Such a nice fella.
