It's a valid point though, how many of us share some of our vegetables, grown in a compost with the help of a few 'toilets', would people turn them away if they knew?

The biggest problem with the scheme would be greed I guess.

Thats the problem Richard. I well remember when we lived in UK and we went to Walsingham. There are 3 different churches and we'd had some lunch and then decided to visit the 3rd and last church which was a short drive from the others. We got to the car park and at the entrance there was a huge box full of cooking apples and marrows, with a notice saying help yourself. We were in our caravan and we thought a couple of apples for pudding would be nice and we'd pick them up on the way back to the car.
There was nobody about, not even in the church but you've guessed it on our return we found somebody had had the lot. Now thats greed.
