2 eggs today!

Checked the coop today and theres 2 eggs! Since getting our 3 chickens weve had one a day so far. Just waiting for the third to start laying now.
Looking forward to the weekend when i can let them out in the garden again.

I still have one laying at the moment she hasent stopped since 1st feb last year

We've had our four girls since August and it's still wonderful to see the eggs every day in the nest box. We've still been getting 4 most days all through the winter and this cold weather and snow. Obviously we must be doing things right and they're still happy, as we are with them {hug}

hi,got my ex-battery hens in october last year,originally got 8 but lost 1 with in the first week but remaining hens laying well.I am keeping a diary of how many eggs my girls are laying,first week i got 16 eggs,last week i got 33 eggs. I must be doing something right or my hens are very happy in their new home.
