Two eggs in one day!

Hello All
My skinny little chicken called Little Guin has just started laying eggs. I've had the girls just over 4 weeks and she's been busy growing feathers and getting her spirits up after life in the battery. Today she laid two eggs, one was a bit smaller than the other-is this normal? I'm worried about her health as she could do with keeping all her energy to put on weight and grow her feathers. Hope you can advise, thanks.

Its not usual, but one of mine once laid 2 in a day, when starting laying.
Anyway you can't stop them, can you. They are bred to lay lots.

after all that stress shes had just think of it as she is relaxing and letting everything go haha (f+
