Lynne, Had a look on their website and it doesn't say. Just says it's all natural ingredients that disolve the mites outer layer and dehydrates them so they die. Apparently is approved for organic set ups. Spray it on, any mites or eggs it gets directly it kills, let it dry and it then gets to work on any that crawl across it. Dom
